Aries Securities Ltd. এর সম্মানিত সকল গ্রাহকগন (BO Account Holder) কে জানানো যাইতেছে যে, ইদানিংকালে একই জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র নম্বর, একই মোবাইল নম্বর এবং একই ব্যাংক হিসাব বিও হিসাবে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে যা বেআইনি এবং কোন ভাবেই কাম্য নয়। বিষয়টি কমিশনের নজরে আসায় কমিশন গত ২০ জন্য ২০১৯ইং তারিখের একটি প্রেস বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করেন। বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুসারে আগামী ২১/০৭/২০১৯ইং তারিখের মধ্যে দুই এর অধিক বিও একাউন্টে একই জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র নম্বর, একই মোবাইল নম্বর এবং একই ব্যাংক হিসাব দেয়া থাকিলে তাহা সংশোধন করার জন্য বিনীত অনুরোধ করা যাইতেছে। অন্যথায় BSEC এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী CDBL (Central Depository Bangladesh Limited) কর্তৃক কোন BO Account বন্ধ হওয়ার জন্য কোম্পানী দায়ী থাকিবেনা এবং কোন অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য হইবেনা।
