- You are strictly instructed when register with us; the trading ID, BOID, BO Name & Mobile number must need to match with customer(s) BO profile.
- Do not share your password with anyone else.
- Do not write down your password or reveal it to anyone.
- If you feel your online statement ID or password have been stolen or compromised, change your password immediately.
- Change your password regularly we recommend you to change your password every 60 to 90 days.
- Five wrong retries will lock your online user ID.
- Multiple sessions is not allowed for same user. Always use Logout option available in online statement menu. Otherwise your User ID will be blocked for 5 minutes due to prohibited operation.
